The Breville Oracle Touch automates the key steps of espresso brewing. It grinds, doses, tamps, and textures milk automatically. The integrated conical burr grinder delivers the correct dose directly to the portafilter. It handles single or double shots.

The machine uses a dual stainless steel boiler system. This allows simultaneous extraction and milk texturing. The over-pressure valve at 15 bar limits pressure during extraction, preventing bitter flavours. Digital PID temperature control delivers water at the right temperature.
