Cookie Policy
What we set, what it does, and how to turn off the parts that are not essential. The list below is what the site actually loads.
Essential
These make the site work and cannot be switched off. They hold your cart, keep you signed in, remember your language and currency, protect forms against abuse, and record your cookie choice so we stop asking.
Analytics
These tell us which pages are used and where people get stuck.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager — page views, traffic sources, checkout funnel.
- Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session replay. It records movement, scrolling and clicks, and masks text typed into form fields, payment fields included.
Advertising
These let advertising platforms recognise a visit and measure whether an ad led to a purchase. They are also what makes remarketing possible.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram)
- TikTok Pixel
- Pinterest Tag
Under Californian law, using these may count as "sharing" or "selling" personal information. Turning off advertising cookies, or using the privacy choices form, opts you out.
Changing your mind
Use the cookie button at the bottom of any page to review or change your choice at any time. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you accept them.
Your browser can also block or clear cookies. Blocking essential ones will break the cart and checkout, so expect that if you do.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honour the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising cookies without your needing to do anything else.
Third-party pages
Payment providers, YouTube videos on product pages and other embedded services set their own cookies under their own policies. Product videos load only when you press play, so nothing from YouTube is set until you choose to watch.
