Fit and compatibility
How do I know a housing fits my camera?
Each housing is built for specific camera bodies, and the product page names them. Start with the compatibility finder: pick your body and it returns the housing that fits, the port that clears your lens and the optics that thread onto that port. If your body is not listed, it is not supported — adapters do not bridge that gap.
Which port do I need for my lens?
Port choice depends on the lens, not just the camera. A dome for wide-angle and fisheye, a flat or macro port for macro glass, usually with an extension ring of a specific length. The port page lists the port system (N85, N100, N120, N200) and the opening diameter. Match the system to your housing first, then the length to your lens.
What is a port system number?
It is the mount standard between housing and port. N85, N100, N120 and N200 are not interchangeable, though adapters exist between some of them. Buying a port with the wrong system number is the most common expensive mistake in this hobby.
Will you confirm a fit for me?
Yes. Send us your camera body, lens and housing model and we will confirm it against manufacturer data before you order. If we are not certain, we say so rather than guessing.
Depth, pressure and testing
What does the depth rating mean?
It is the depth the manufacturer certifies the housing to, tested in a pressure chamber. It is a limit, not a target. Depth ratings assume seals in good condition, correctly seated and lubricated — an O-ring with a grain of sand on it has no rating at all.
Is my housing tested before it ships?
Every housing is pressure-tested and serial-logged before dispatch, and the test card ships in the box with the serial on it. Ports and optics are checked for coating and seal condition.
How often should I replace O-rings?
Inspect before every dive, and replace at the first sign of flattening, nicks or grit that will not clean off. Most users replace main body O-rings annually, sooner with heavy use. They cost a few dollars; a flooded camera does not.
Orders and delivery
How much is shipping?

We dispatch in 1–3 business days, and standard delivery runs 8–14 business days after that. Made-to-order items state their lead time on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Duties and import taxes are set by your country and are payable by you on arrival; they are not included at checkout.
Can I track my order?

Returns, warranty and service
What is your returns window?
30 days from delivery on unused equipment in its original packaging. See the refund and returns policy for what that covers.
Can I return something that has been in the water?
Not as a change of mind — once a housing has been dived it cannot be resold as new. Faulty equipment is a different matter and is covered by warranty whether or not it has been used.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing and seal defects for two years from purchase. It does not cover flood damage caused by a seal that was not maintained, a hair or grain of sand across an O-ring, or a housing taken past its depth rating.
My housing flooded. What now?
Contact us straight away with your order number and photographs of the housing and the seal. We assess floods individually — some are manufacturing faults, some are maintenance, and we will tell you honestly which we think it is.
Do you service equipment?
Yes. Annual service is a full strip, all seals replaced, controls re-greased and calibrated, then pressure-tested to rating with a signed test card. See service and pressure testing.

What can I pay with?
Card, PayPal, and the instalment options shown at checkout. Available methods vary by order value and country, and the ones you can use are the ones displayed on the checkout page.
Is it safe to pay here?
Card details go straight to the payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store a full card number.
